The Chamber of Tourism of Sarapiquí was founded in 1994, with the main purpose of encourage the promotion and development of tourism in the region, through the local and international divulgation of scenic beauties, innovative products and efforts for conservation, scientific research and environmental education carried out by its associates that give a distinctive stamp to the region.
